Warranty Coverage

All Motion Optics cameras include a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that occur during normal use.

Examples include:

  • Camera not powering on
  • Faulty buttons or controls
  • Charging issues
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware faults not caused by accidental damage

What Isn't Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Drops, impacts or misuse
  • Normal cosmetic wear and tear
  • Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Loss or theft of the product

Making a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or a short video showing the fault (if applicable)

Replacements

If your warranty claim is approved, we'll provide one of the following at no additional cost:

  • A replacement product
  • A repaired product (where applicable)
  • A full refund if a replacement is unavailable
