Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories, cables and manuals
  • Returned with proof of purchase

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue so we can help resolve it.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
